Challenge

Usage of Collaborate tool in REVIT

Aim

Using the collaborate tool in revit with some shared parameters options and link with strutral and architectural template project and see whether the level and grid lines when copied moniter to other they changes or not, share parameters are correctly done or not.

Result

The result shows that the by sahred cordinate system the parameters can be shared from one project to other so we don't have to share the parametrs all the time in each of the project in the starting just have to share the parameters.

Ans 1

I have open the project with thr architectural template and set the project base point and project shared coordinates for the project as a shared cordenate.

Ans 2

Then i have open the other project from the strutrual template and by using the shared parameters i shared the project base point and project shared coordinates to this project.

Ans 4,5,6 & 7

I have made the strutural template model as central model

and copy moniter the grid and levels from one project to other

copy to strututal model

Ans 8

Create the new template project as construction

link both archi. & stru. template model in const. template project as shared cordinate

Ans 9

yes it seems like its overlaps each other in the same place because i have link both the project with const. template model with the shared parameter byshared cordinate system. (as it was shown in above image)

Ans 10

All the people that are in the network of the computer system that can work in the centrol model.

Ans 3

Then I reopen the architectural template model and make the model as central model using the collabrate tools as shown below
