What is underbody coating?

• While you drive your car comfortly, your car exposed some stones, muddy water and uneven road and that is the reason for wear and tear.
• It is not measure problem but if you not taken care properly could lead to serius issue.
• We all know that previously underbody made from steel, which is easy for oxidize, rust and damage.
• And Maintainig it could be lifesaver for the driver.

Under coating is applied during manufacturing or at loacl car dealer. To save underbody from rust, the coating formulating in sparay and applied in spray form.

There are some methods which we can use for coating like Spray, electronic, Drip oil spray, ruberised ,wax coat , ashphalt base, Polyurethane and Dripless oil spray.

Undercoating help to reduce noise, Fight rust, reinforcement and extend the lifespan of car.

Also, In powder coating it add 1.4 to 33.6mil which is 35 to 100 micrometer layer

Their are some steps for the underbody coating.(LOCAL)

Cleaning- cleaning underbody by degreaser, sanding and grinding. Also, use tag rag or IPA solution for final cleaning.

Applying Priming- It is kind of basecoat which is zinc coat which helps make protective layet and prevent from rusting.

Applying Undercoating- You have to divided in two part. In first you have to apply thin layer which cover entire surface and after it dry you can apply second coat.
