Underbody coating provides long term protection from corrosion to car's underbody. It also protects parts like internal body panels, frame rails and other inner cavities that are not physically accessible but are prone to corrosion.

WHY UNDERBODY COATING :

Underbody coating provides a long term protection from corrosion which is formed under cars underbody. It also protect the part like internal body pannel .

TYPES OF UNDERBODY COATING :

1. Rubberized underbody coating

2. Wax based underbody coating

3. Asphalt based automotive undercoating

4. polyurethane underbody coating

ADVANTAGES OF UNDERBODY COATING :

1. Minimizes sound : It minimizes the sound from underneath a car resulting a noiseless ,smooth driving experience .

2.Heat insulation : It insulates the interior of the car from extreme temperature from beneath the vechile providing a comfortable cabin experience.

3.Antichipping property :If any stone hits the chipping it doesnot get chipped away hence get protect the underbody from exposure to water

DISADVANTAGES OF UNDERBODY COATING :

The underbody coating materials cost is too high in which the cost of it is compared with replacing a vechile after coorsion .
