Assembly of Yacht
YATCH MODELLING
INTRODUTION :
The rport ontains a detail explaincation of designing a yatch modeling starting from part designing to final assembly .
OBJECTIVE :
The main objetive of this ourse module is to learn basi part modeling and also exploring the most of the tools used to design a part in solid works.
THE FOLLOWING STEPS WERE UNDERTAKEN FOR YATCH TUTORIAL
1.DESIGNING AN INDIVIDUAL COMPONENT
2.ALLEMBLING ALL INDIVIDUAL PARTS USING SOLID WORKS
METHODOLOGY:
1.PROPELLER
2.RADAR
3.HULL
4.GARAGE DOOR
5.FRONT,BACK AND MIDDLE SEAT
6.SUPERSTRUTURE
1.PROPELLER :
It provides a rotational power into linear thrust by acting upon a working fluid such as water etc
.

2.RADAR :
IT is an instrument that an detect surrounding object using radio waves.

3.HULL :
The hull of a ship is the most notable strutural entity of the ship.to define the hull,it can be said that it is the water tight encloser of the ship.whih protet the cargo ,mahinary and accommodation spae of the ship from the weather ,flooding and strutural damage.

GARAGE DOOR :
A garage door is a large door on a garage thats opens manually or by electri motor.garage door are frequently large enough to accommodate automobile and other vehicles.

FRONT ,BACK AND MIDDLE SEAT :
These seat are used for the passengers to take rest or to accompate their luggages .

SUPER STRUCTURE :
Superstruture means to add a consturtion to an already existing struture . In ship this is the name given to the part of the ship that emerges from the deck.

ASSEMBLY OF YATCH MODELING :
All the designed component are taken into the assembly section in the solid works and using different mating features such as concentric, coincident, parallel etc . the entire assembly of this is created. After assembly the Deals are applied to the yatch.
