Generally the raw car body produced by OEM's doesn't have any kind of coating layers, Imagine these bodies going on some rough roads with heavy speed breakers, stones and water arears then the car body layer will immediately goes off or water particles which stick on the body layer will turn it into rust. So the car body defenitely needs a layer of coating with some fluids, galavanized materials or paints which will help to prevent getting rust or passing heat from the bottom side of the car.

WHY UNDERBODY COATING:

Generally car consumers mainly shows interest on look of the car on the topside only. They ignore the bottomside look of the car which leads to the chipped and rusted suface over a period of time and it also leads to damage of the internal parts. To prevent all these kind of bad things, underbody coating should be recommended.

Types of Underbody coating:

There are various kinds of underody painting available for car like electrical method, oil spray method etc.. Method of applying coating to the car varies from car to car. For example sedan cars will be inclined to high angles to dip it in the coating solution where as the atchback can be inclined at lower angles compared to others.

ADVANTAGES

1. Avoids corrosion.

2. Heat insulation will be removed.

3. Underbody noice can be cotrolled.

4. Long life to the car can be assured.

DISADVANTAGES

1. High cost.

2. Not applied to already corroded material.
