UNDERBODY COATING:-

Underbody coating is the process of provides long term protection from corrosion to car's underbody.to protection against impact damage from small stone's which would rapidly chip ordinary paint allowing rusting to begin.underbody coating provides an additional layer of protection or insulation to the under carriage of vehicle.it including fuel tank,wheel wells,frame, suspension parts,muffler, floor board and exhaust pipe.

Main Purpose of Underbody Coating:-

The main purpose of Underbody Coating is to check rust especially in the body components like frame rails along with other exposed metals parts.underbody coating can also reduce wear and tear.getting a fresh coat can cost you up to ₹6,000.

Types of Underbody Coating

1.RUBBERRIZED UNDER COATING:-

Rubberized vehicle Coating is easy to apply and offers good cushioning as well as protection from dust, moisture and dents which is the generally the best option for protecting vehicle's under body,it provides,the simplest and best protective measures against rust and moisture.

2.POLYURETHANE UNDER COATING:-

This Underbody Coating closes up splits and fractures on the under body of the vehicle.it offers up good protection against corrosion and also bond with the metal.unlike in the case of asphalt based coating you can paint over.the polyurethane under coating

3.WAX BASED UNDER COATING:-

This is the transitory under coating will,on the whole fade away after afew months,on the plus side wax based under coating is resistant to dampness.it is also the most cost effective alternative

4.ASPHALT BASED UNDER COATING:-

In this Coating best suited for lorries, trucks and long vehicles this provides a greater degree of protection compared to rubber based coatings.how ever asphalt based coating contains little amount of rubber for sound insulation purpose.the process of applying thi coating is bit time consuming through
