UNDERBODY COATING
INTRODUCATION:-
Underbody coating is usually applied to prevent the further damage of the undercarriage area.it like a protecting sheet used during coating to prevent from the scratches and other damage.it is used black in colour.it also protects the cars from rust and corrosion .the process of the coating also protects the internal panels ,frame etc. it is not rocket science , the important part that we have to know if undercoating is not done in rightway.it is useless .even just a single crack were left the unsealed coating.it protect the car safety and give a long span life to our vehicle.
PROCESS OF UNDERCOATING:-
BEFORE IMAGE OF UNDERCARRIAGE .
- Firstly take the undercarriage to the wheel house and spray area.
- Then take it into the paint area .
- Complete car will twisting down and every part of the car put into the ED bath.
- Then the car went to the heating camber, goes out dry body.
- Then the car will prime in the Primer Coating area.
- Then it goes to underbody sealing region.

TYPES OF UNDERCOATING :-

POLYURETHANE UNDERCOATING
Polyurethane undercoating is the product which is used to for high quality of the durable materials for any perfect weather condition. It resistant to wear and tear .it easily applicable on car and simple to remove.it can be painted over the car.
WAX BASED UNDERCOATING
Wax based undercoating provides the sufficient guards to the cars.it protect to on highway and normal roads.it prevent from rust and corrosion and make smooth drive on roads.it inexpensive undercoating.
RUBBERIZED UNDERCOATING
Rubberized undercoating will protect the cushion from dust and moisture.it is easy to apply on undercarriage.it provides the good protection and simply undercoat the car.
ASPHALT BASED UNDERCOATING
This undercoating is generally used for heavy vehicle like truck , military tank and terrain
vehicle but it also help to protect the car.it is strongest and thickest undercoating its self life is upto 2 years.
WATER BASED UNDERCOATING
This undercoating is made from advanced polymer which can protect our car from harsh weather ,it is non toxic and environmentally friendly.it protected from rust and corrosion and salt etc.it is thin set layer, which takes a short time to dry and can be done at home also.
PETROLEUM BASED UNDERCOATING
This is liquid oil based product,it is very heavy undercoating .it protect from corrosion and moisture. this typically applied on truck and other vehicle undercarriage area.it has deflective ablities.
