For the given Intake Manifold component, check for the geometrical errors and mesh the Surfaces with the given 2D element Quality criteria given below.

Use tetra elements to mesh the Volumes defined in the model and check for the below quality after Volume meshing.

PROCEDURE:

1. Download the model from the ASSISMENT.
2. I have done the geometry check-up and topology.
3. I have used the normal trias on flat surface and ortho trias on curved surface.
4. After completing the surface meshing, I have done solid meshing and removed the errors.

Conclusion:
