Section Modulus calculation and optimization

Hi

Please find an attached report of section modulus optimization which includes all calculations related to strength, examples, and comparisons between different cases.

As per the below given in challenges, I compare cases and optimize results.

Use the Section from your Hood design and calculate the Section Modulus using the formula

S = I/y

Where,

S = Section Modulus

I = Moment of Inertia

y = distance between the neutral axis and the extreme end of the object
