DESIGNING THE ROOF:
From Given Car Roof Styling design need to develop Front Roof Rail,Bow Roof Rail, Center Roof Rail & Rear Roof Rail By following Engineering Standard Method.
- Ditch Area:
Roof is an Important part in Automobile industry While Designing We need to consider the Visibilty headroom clearence and Back Door Clearence.the Roof is Designed at the maximum of 3deg of Draft Angle and 0.75mm Thickness.
2. Front Roof Rail:
We will design the Front Roof Rail on the front side near to the Front Ditch Area.Which is used for supporting the roof for externally applied forces during accidents.
3. Centre Roof Rail:
Reinforcement Centre Roof Rail is effective support to the flat area structure roof because centre area is more benging area under action of load.The thickness of centre roof rail is 0.75mm.
4. Bow Roof:
The Bow roofs are given to improve the stiffness and Strength to the roof according to the curvature and length the Bow roof count can change normally there are two;one in front and another on back of the roof.
4. Rear Roof Rail:
Rear Roof craeting with proper draft angle and the thickness of 0.75mm.which is also joins with the backdoor which is joined by spot welding and mastic sealents.

DRAFT ANALYSIS:
After designing the products should be done Draft Analysis for verifying wheather the product is manufacturable or could get defect or not , so making sure which is getting proper draft angle to entire designed product.Miner draft angle changes can be considerable.
