Project - Data Handling and Interpolation

1. readmatrix command is used to read the given set of voltage and current data in Matlab

2. Voltage V is defined as as the first column of the matrix and Current I as the second column of the matrix

3. Using the interpolation range given, X vector is defined

4. Interp1 function is used to peroform interpolation and the data is saved as Y

5. Plot command is used to plot the original and the interpolated data using a spline interpolation

5. diary command is used to create a text file 'Interpolated_Data.txt'

6. The interpolated data 'Y' is saved as a txt file.
