Project - Analysis of a practical automotive wiring circuit
Qn no.1
Battery, ignition coil,breaker, distributor,generator,current and volatge regulator,foot selector switch,ammeter,fuse.
Qn no.2
Battery:
A battery is a device consisting of one more electrical cells that convert chemical energy to electrical energy. which has anode, cathode and electrolyte.
*Types of batteries:
1.primary
2.secondary
*Primary batteries:
They cant be recharged once they run out of power,it discard immediately when discharged and they cant be used again.
Eg: Alkaline batteries.
*Secondary Batteries:
The main advantage of these batteries are they can be recharged and reused.but it is more cost compare to primary batteries.
Eg: lithium ion batteries used in mobiles and ev vechicles , lead acid batteries.
Qn no,3
Given load I= 10A
A branch circuit fuse current must be open in 1minute at 125% of the fuse' name plate rating.the fuse is selected that has a rating at a minimum of 125% of the connected load.
therefore 125% of load (I) is 12.5A
In market we find standard fuse size above 12.5A is 15A fuse rating.
Qn no.4
given p=500W And V =12v
Therfore Watt hour=500Wh
but we have find battery capacity in ampere hour because we find batteries in market with the rate of ampere hour,
so Ampere hour =Watt hour/voltage
Ampere hour =41.6AH
Qn no.5
*Horn 1&2 and SCALCD 1&2 are connected in parallel to each other they are connected in parallel to horn and foot selector switch respectively.
*when the switches are set closed and at the same time voltage share the same voltage to the horn and scalcd and blow the horn and glow the light with the same voltage difference.
Qn no.6
*Battery and ammeter are connected in series to the each other.
*when the battery and ammeter are connected to each other in a closed loop they set to share the same current throughout the circuit.
