Project - Analysis of a practical automotive wiring circuit

1. * Battery

* Generator

* Fuse

* Ammeter

* Current and voltage regulator

* Distributor

* Junction block

* Lights

* Starter

2.

BATTERY:

* Battery is a device that stores chemical energy and converts it to electrical energy

* The chemical reaction in a battery involve the flow of electron from a one meterial to another , through an external circuit . the flow of electron provides an electric current that can be used to do work.

GENRATOR:

* Electric generator its converts mechanical energy to electric energy.

* Electric generators work on the princple of electromagnetic induction.

FUS:

* The primary use of an electric fuse is to protect electrical equipment from the excesssive current and to prevent short circuit.

* Electric fuse works on the principle of the heating effect of electric current. it is placed in series with the device.

3.

Fuse rating is selected as 135%

=10x135%

=13.5

the next largest fuse rating is 15A. therfore 15A is a fuse rating.

4.

500/120 =4.1

100ah battery should approx 25 hours it could run a battery its more then enough for this circuit.

5.

* Junction block it is a parallel circuit it has more then one path the current flow.

* Distributer it has distribute more the the one path.

6.

* Tailstop lights are connected in series becouse it should works as the same time.

* Fuse is alwayes connected as a series circuit.
