Project 1 - Meshing of Floor Panel

OBJECTIVE:

*Download the given floor panel and perform geomentry cleanup and take a mid surface of the component follow the given quality criteria, mesh the part as good mesh flow.

PROCEDURE:

*after download the file open in ansa and geomentry clean up is performed.

*cheak a geomentry of the part there is found the errors are 70 and select all and auto fix.

*also there are 12 errors founded and i fix it manualy 6 un cheacked faces error and 6 triple cons fix it step by step.

*and the measure the thickness of the part form more diffrent kind of places they are same thickness metal sheet 1mm.

*take the midsurface of the sheet metal by use future option and done it.

*save it in psheel properties as the midsurface ofn the part.

*after that take it the midsurface and cheak geomentry perfomed.

*there are some kind of error found and fix it by step by step.

*after the go to the quility criteria and follow the give quility permetrs and apply it.

*cut the very closed feature lines from the given min length.

*mess the total part of the component and clear the all quility errors.

*after that remove the oppsite trias and touch the fure lines trias are removed by using split and swip options

*give the maximun good mesh flow of the floor panel.

RESULTS:

*complete the floor panel meshing as given quility criterias.
