Project 2 Thermal modeling of battery pack

For a 10 cell series lithium ion battery model, simulate the thermal effects and compare life cycle performance at various temperatures, charge & discharge rates using MATLAB.

We can see the simulation result that the C-rate is 1c battery charges completly and discharge completly is a one cycle.

Thermal effect on battery life :-

Thermal effect is taken 25deg temperature simulation is done and optain the result

Simulation Result:-

The effect of the temperature of the battery pack is significiant, the voltage level of the battery pack is reduces as compared to 1st case, even the life cycle of battery pack also changes

Change in charge and discharge cycle :-

Charge and discharge cycle battery is changed to 2C rate the life cycle reduces faster as compared to 1st and 2nd case, the temperature also increases the battery performence reduces
