The deflection of steel beam at 25 story for SLS is noted as 12.2 mm

The frequency of floor is 5.15 > 3 , hence ok

Span to deflection ratio of steel beam = 5000/ 0.63 = 7936 ,

Hence ok as per beam allowable deflection which is not more than 20 mm

Deflection of floor as per comflor is obtained as 3.28 mm

Total deflection of the floor = 12 .22 + 3.28 =15.5 mm

Frequency of floor = 4.57 > 3

Hence it is safe
