Project 2 Fender

Design of Fender :

• Initially the overall flanges has been created over the outer surface of the given fender styling.
• A-Pillar mounting area, Side Sill mounting area, Bumper mounting area and Drip area has been fixed and cut accordingly while creating the flanges on the styling surface.

• Fender drip area has to be designed based on the given dimensions
• Flanges should be made in such a way to prevent outside visibility of engine room and its components through fender-hood area
• Fillets are provided based on the given dimensions

• Mounting areas has been cut on the A-Pillar side and Side sill area based on the given styling surfaces
• Emboss has been created accordingly for the mounting strips

With the given bumper styling , the bumper mounting slots has been decided and cut .
