Project 2

In these project we have to design the wiring harness for the back door of car body.

It is very simple to begin with first we have to find the electrical componennts where we have to fix the connectors.

Here is the image of the back of the car door.

I have taken 4 connectors 1 12 pole connector and 4 4 pole connector.

All the four connectors are electrically defined.By using the electrical assembly design workbench place the connectors in specified direction in order to attach by bundle connctions and later with the help of fir tree clip,Bundle connections are made in specified direction.

After placing the all the connectors and clips switch to harness workbench,where we can route the bumdles.

We have to be careful while defing the points.That it should be connected line by line.

After the bundle connection add protctive coverings for the multibranches.
