• Downlord the part and open in catia
• Join all the surface of part.
• Create the axsis system for the remastering part
• create the part using boolean operation.
• Add fillet according to requirement

Peel out strenght on the track:

P2=20*W=18*9.8*20=3528N

Alpha Angle=3 deg

Beta Angle=3.7 deg

Assuming,

p1=p2=13500N

Track peel out strenght=P1sin(A)+P3sin(B)

=13500*(sin(3)+sin(3.7)

=1577.72N

Strenght of track =1577.72N
