OBJECTIVE

To route the backboor with two seperate harness and preparing flatten view,Applying protective covering for the bundle.

PROCEDURE

-Create a new product file and name it as Assy_Backdoor_Context.

-Create sub product files( Backdoor,Harness_A,Harness_B)

-Import all the electrically defined connectors and fur tree clips.

-Arrange the connectors and fur tree clip in position.

-Define geometrical bundle of harness A & B

-Create the bundle as required.

Main bundle Daimeter - 10mm.

Sub-Branch - 5mm

Slag 15% in corners and 2-5 % rest.

Applying protective covering

-Main bundle - 15mm

-sub-bundle - 10mm

Flatten

RESULT

Routing is done on the backdoor with 2 seperate harness bundles and flatten is done according to the requirement.Protective covering is applied throughout the bundle.
