CREATE COMPLETE TAIL LAMP USING HOT PLATE WELDING SECTIONDED

Determine the tooling axis line for the surface.

Surface of the class A has to be made in a good quality. After making a good class A surface , Class B surface has to be extract from the class A surface.

by using the tooling direction line draft analysis has been performed .

at initially the referncens wleding track has made. By using that refernces welding track hot plate welding track has been made.

hot plate welding track has been added with the lens.

Creating the reflectors,

tail stop reflector, turn reflector, reverse reflector.

M4 screw boos has to added to the created reflector. screw boss is used to connect the reflector with housing.

housing has of be made with the thickness of 2mm. along with the housing , screw houlder has to bee made.

M4 screw houlder is the attached with the housing and the unwanted surface has to be trimed.

connecting the reflector with the housing with the help of M4 screws.

Dog house has been made with the supporting ribs which strengthen the housing.

Creation of gommet, wiring harness and connection.
