Aim:

This project aims to collect and analyze the data in detail of the pickup of the Airport and city id in Uber Request Data.

Introduction:

Uber provides the 2016 data. By using this data find out the demand and supply analysis gap of the cap

The main objective of the project is to analyze the data on, Uber requests. Through the analysis of the data, we can find some important insights.

The main objective of the project is to analyze the data on the supply and demand gap analysis of the Uber data set.

Problem statement

  • We can find how many cars are available in the city and airport
  • We can find how many people completed and the trip canceled on different dates and time
  • We can also find how many cars are not available in different region in different regions in different periods

Methodology

Step1: Data cleaning

The first cleaning data after then that transfer data Power BI. The data set is not cleaned and includes some missing values, so with the help of duplicate function power BI. I cleaned the data and replace the null values with 0 and then started working on it.

Step2: Data Interpretation

In this data interpretation step, I found some imported

  • The data set was almost clear and completed
  • Some column replaces the null value with 0.
  • There is a total of 6745 rows and columns

Step3: Visualization

In visualization, I took the help of Power BI software to make a graph chart

Here some relevant graphs and charts are attached.

Analysis:

In observation count some points of mention below;

Count of status by pickup Point and status: In the clustered column chart we analyzed the data on how many people were canceled in the city and airport, the number of cars that are not available in the city and airport, and the number of were completed the trip in the city and airport the trip in the city and airport. For example, in the city region,1066 were canceled and the in the airport 198 were canceled.

Count of Driver ID by Status: In this stacked column chart we analyze the data on which how many people completed the trip and how many people canceler the trip and also how many cars are not available. For example, 2831 people completed the trip, and 1264 people canceler the trip.

Count of status by day and status: In this line chart we analyze the data on which day the number of trips is completed and the number of cancelations is done also the number of cars not available on that particular day. is done also the percentage of cars not available on that particular day. The Total of 301 Drivers is available in 2016.

Insights:

  • We analyse the data and identified that 2831 trips are completed in 5 working days and 1264 canceler the trip.
  • We analyse the data and identified that 1504 completed the trip in the city and in the airport 1327 completed the trip.
  • We can further analyze of supply and demand gap analysis of ber.

Dashboard:

Recommendations:

  • To avoid cancellation, we have to reduce the cost of the traveling
  • To increase the number of trips we have to increase the number of cars available
  • We analyze the data with the proper format
  • We can collect good datasets for more effective analysis by using charts.

Conclusion:

  • According to analysis, almost 1713 trips are canceled for Airport trips. In airports, trips need to increase the drivers that help to increase the Business.
  • The second points are that almost 1066 trips are canceled by the customer in the city area and need to improve some features
  • A total of 1327 Drivers completed the Airport trips and 1504 Drivers completed the city trips.
