Project 1-Meshing of Rear Wheel Holder challenge

Respected Sir/Madam,

Objective - To generate a perfect 2D mesh of for the given cad model with the above quality criteria.

Downloaded the cad model.

Opened the Hyperworks v2022.3 , selected the optistruct user profile, Imported the cad model it using import option. As said in the above instruction i have removed the buttons by changing the entity selector to suface and delete.

After removal of buttons-

Before generating the midsurface i deleted all solids, then performed midsurfacing

Automatic Midsurface creared by Hypermesh

Midsurface After manual editing like patching the required surface by comparing with the parent geometry and replacing and alligning the line and node when ever requied. I suppressed unwanted edges and line using toggle line command.

Started manual meshing

Final 2D surface mesh with all quality criteria and target elemrnt size as 5
