Meshing of rear wheel holder challenge

Objective

· To learn good mesh flow in this challenge

· And learn mesh on major fillet areas.

Procedure

· To clean the geometry surfaces.

· And to took mid surface for meshing.

· By using collector option to collect all geometry to store in one component.

· Using auto mesh to mesh on surface of the component

· To assign the element quality criteria.

· Divide the flat surface by surface split for good mesh flow.

· By using project option to edit the element as per through to line project

· And to vector and also by using align node option to align the elements node.

· And using the drag tria to drag the tria for ideal quad element.

· And to merge the opposite tria.

· And using reflect option to reflect the element to similar shape of other side by giving refer axis and base point.

· And find the free edges which is elements are not connect to other elements.

· Also to using preview equivalence and give equivalence, if no elements in some case so go far manual replace node.

· And finally, to set the material property and give the thickness.
