3. Constraints of the project
- Only two approaches to the work site - one roas through main market which is crowded most time and causes high delay is resources delivery to the site and other one is the subsidiary road crossing the municipal school and open space for weekly vegetable market.
- Relocation of temple which is in the area of new building site.
- Dislocation of local shop in site area and slum dwellers residing in those area.
- Opposition from local shopkeepers during peaktime of sale, resulting in delay of project.
Dependencies
- Generator, Air handling unit, pumps are installed after completion of both electrical and PHE Works
- MEP works carried out only after the construction of blockwork
- Landscaping Works are carried out only after completion of external Sanitary works.
- Security system works, CCTV & Access control work to be carried out after compleeting Control/Server room
