open the new model and create the structure with help of grid section

then define the materials

define the section properties as given

place the columns and beams section

b.create 5storys grid section and it modify

add the required story

c. change the column section

d. add the column section ans it assign

e.add 5 more story with help of edit story and grid section

and add two different size of column sections

f.

now change all story column section 600*600

g.add the 15 more storys and change the column section

h.all story column section change to 800*800

after that model imopsed mass as 10% and 20% respectively then run analysis
