Issues on gender gap in STEM Jobs
There is still a gender gap in STEM fields, with fewer women than men pursuing careers in these areas.
This gap can be attributed to a variety of factors, including societal biases and stereotypes, a lack of role models and mentors, and a lack of support and resources for women in STEM.
Despite these challenges, there are many successful women in STEM fields who have made significant contributions to their respective fields.
To increase the representation of women in STEM, it is important to encourage girls to pursue interests in these subjects, provide resources and support for women in STEM, and address and eliminate biases and barriers that discourage women from pursuing careers in these fields.
