This project involves predicting the presence of heart disease using various machine learning algorithms. By analyzing clinical parameters such as age, cholesterol levels, and chest pain types, we applied and compared multiple models, including Logistic Regression, K-Nearest Neighbors, Support Vector Machine, Decision Tree, and Random Forest. The Decision Tree Classifier demonstrated superior performance with perfect accuracy, precision, recall, and F-score, suggesting it as the most effective model for this dataset. This analysis aids in identifying the most accurate predictive model for heart disease diagnosis based on clinical data.

This project aims to optimize the allocation of $120 million in humanitarian aid by classifying countries based on socio-economic and health indicators. Utilizing Principal Component Analysis (PCA) to reduce dimensionality and reveal underlying patterns, along with K-Means and Hierarchical Clustering techniques, the project identifies clusters of countries with varying needs. The results highlight countries in critical need of aid, allowing for strategic prioritization and effective distribution of resources.
