Battery pack ratings =150Kw

Battery pack voltage=120V

Cell capacity=3500mAh,Cell Voltage=3.6V

No.of cells to be connected in series=rated load voltage/cell voltage

=120/3.6V

=33

No. of cells connected in parllel=Load peak current/In divudual cell peak current

=1250A/3.5A=357

Thus to have the given battery pack specifications configuration is 33S357P

b)Since the number of cellls in series are greater than 18 then either master slave topology or Modular topology is to be considerd for this case,But since power rating of battery pack is only 0.15MW that is less than 1MW thus Master slave topology will only be preffered here.

Maximum of 18 series cells are connected to each AFE ,and then several AFEs are connected in daisy chain interface in master slave configuraton with every AFE sending data to its succeeding master AFE. The last AFE of the chain supply data MCU for data processing.
