seperation of even and odd arbitration ids

first cangen is used to generate random arbitration ids with data

can dump is created such that even and odd are seperated

Q2) for the next we have saved the same data in two seperate files

q3) saving any 1000 arbitration ids

Q4) generating random data until stopped manually using cangen
