Hello Team,

PFA the below files - .ipynb notebook and the images used for demonstration.

The images are: Original & rotated image (Rotation across centre by an angle of 30 & scaling = 1.4).

Have mentioned the steps for derivation of the rotation matrix in the notebook itself. Added other functions in the notebook itself, moving on would have them in a custom module itself.
