Photo Realistic Rendering
Title: Design of American Chopper using solidworks.
Objective: Process of development of chopper from individual part modeling to assembly and final photo realistic rendering.
Introduction: With given dimension of individual parts, 3d models are prepared. After preparing parts in solidworks assembly of created parts is done using different kind of features available for assembly.
Flow process:
2D sketches are prepared in various planes and using different features as extrude , cut extrude, revolve, sweep , loft base, mirror body etc. 3D models were generated.
The parts created were : Front and rear fender, engine, transmission belt, Front and rear wheel, front fork, chassis, gas tank, oil chamber.
