Fender Design - Wheel Arch Challenge

Aim :-

The project title is fender design wheel arch .

Objective :-

Calulate the wheel arch area given fender and car will pass european standard or not to the verify them.

Introduction :-

In the shaped part of the car body work is the vehicle allow the case of front whee and it will be steered, Semi cirular part positioned above the wheel of the vehicle. It should have the sufficient clearance tyre and wheel arch.

It does the more chipping cause lot of damage pedestrain as to the car also, Clearance value differ region according to the road condition.

Japanese Standard :-

1. Clearance must be greater than 5mm all three position.

2. Wheel guard require the value of 'a' shall be 5mm and line 30 degree forward and 50 degree rearward form the central vertical axis of the wheel.

European Standard :-

1. Clearance must be greater than 10mm all three position.

2. Wheel guard require the value of 'a' shall be 10mm and line 30 degree forward and 50 degree rearward form the central vertical axis of the wheel.

United States Standard :-

1. Clearance must be greater than 5mm all three position.

2. Wheel guard require the value of 'a' shall be 5mm and line 30 degree forward and 50 degree rearward form the central vertical axis of the wheel.

Calculation :-

In this calculation using european standard per in the instruction followed.
