L value at C section 0.1139

L value at E section 2.8875mm

L value at D section 5.9973

The European regulations requires a pre-determined clearance or a minimum distance of 10mm to be maintained between the fender and respective tyre at particular points,
The value at C, D, E not pass European standard
only pass A and B section
