OBJECTIVE

main objective of this design to create a fender with nx cad

FENDER

main purpose of fender to pervent sand , mud, rocks, from being thrown into the air by rotatting of tires get into the car components

FENDER TYPES

fender are mainly two types

1. full bomper fender

2. half bomper fender

we are mainly use half bumper becouse it take less space and cost decrease compaire to full bumper fender

DESIGN THE DRIP AREA MOUNTING

its imortant mounting uni on the fender and its connecting with the engine compartment

while designing the dip area we intially leave 200 mm to 250 mm for cowl top

for placinng the head lamp we leave 150 mm area

DESIGN SILL MOUNTING AREA

sill is pannel directly below the door of pannel and may be used to combine the fender and body

sill mounting is design will holes and emboss

DESIGN OF BUMPER MOUNTING AREA

THIS AREA is used to fix the fender and the plastic bumper with fastner

DESIGN A PILLAR MOUNTING AREA

a pillar is a structrual pillar that combine the body to roof . this make side to the windshield rest

DESIGN BAFFLE MOUNTING AREA

clip fit type of mounting that inner side of the fenderarch over the tyre

APPLYING THHICNESS TO THE SURFACE

thickness of 075 mm inwerd to the sewed surface
