Fender Design Challenge

Aim:

To design a front fender from the given skin data and the master section provided with drip mounting, A pillar,Sill,bumber and bamfer mountings.

Design Considerations:

The major mounting sections that a design engineer should consider is

Drip mounting

A pillar

Sill

Bumper

Bamfer mountings

Results and conclusion:

The part was made according to all the design data by creating all the mounting regions at sutiable points.Modelling of fender also helps me study about the reliefs and raft angle.
