Fender is part of Automobile body which protect pedestrian and other things from Sand, small rocks, mud spray came out from front wheels of car. Fender design basically depends on mounting provided to it to mount on car body as below,

1. Drip area

2. Bumper mounting

3. Sill mounting

4. Cowl Mounting

By providing these mounting with proper draft, we can complete design of Fender. Designed cad file attached.
