FENDER DESIGN

fender design is one of the method used in car marking design there are two fender design is available one is front fender another one is rear fender here we have designed front fender.

the fender primary function is to prevent sand,mud, rocks, liquids, and other road sprayn from being thrown into the air by the roating tire. when vehicles is moving, tyres pick up stones and others and hurl them in all directions. fender are basically present to prevent any injuries to pedestrains and contain the motion of these particles. most passenger automobiles have four fenders, one over each wheel. for vehicles with a narrow car body that exposes the tire, the fender is an exposed vurve over the top of the tire. for wide body vehicles that cover the tire, the fender forms the wheel well surrounding the tire, and is not directluy visible from asbove the car body.

there two type of fender is available one is full type bumper and another is half bumper type.there are 5 mounting part in a fender those are

a pillar

sill

cowl

drip

these are contact with engine area to connect with fasteners and fender nuts and bolts are used connect the engine area and fender.in a fender drip mount is used connect the engine area there is diemensions are used in this area to connect.there simillary used for bumper and a pillar mount ,cowl mount and finally sill mount.
