DRAFT ANALYSIS

1. MAIN TOOLING AXIS- firstly the base suface of the CLASS A is extracted and point is taken at the centre of the surface. then a line is drawn by taking point to direction option and the line is extended.as shown in fig

2.SIDE CORE TOOLING AXIS- the side wall of the CLASS A surface is extrated and a point is taken at the centre of the surface and line is darwn taking point to direction option and the line is extended.then the line is placed at an angle of 15 degree .

DRAFT ANALYSIS- draft analysis is done by selecting on analysis and selecting draft analysis and then the tooling direction is first placed on the main tooling axis and then the analysis is carried out as showing in fig.
