Back Door Design

Aim: To create a back door assembly by using the given class A surface. and to perform draft analysis.

Introduction

It is back covering part of the car. During the designing one must ensure that impact from the back should not affect the passenger seating in the car it is consists of inner panel outer panel and other component it can be manufacture by aluminium.

The reinforcement are provided to improvided to improve the strength of the back door. It should be provided because it is going to many number of open close cycle. The reinfrocement thickness should kept for more strength.
