Creation of Multiple viewports, Scaling the drawing and setting in Template in AutoCad
1.To create a layout of the Plan and Section A of the project in Challenges 7, using the template Tutorial mArch .dwt in a scale as given in the Figure.
Introduction: To create a layout of the Plan and Section A of the project in Challenges 7, using the template Tutorial mArch.dwt in a scale and using the MV command to create the viewport of the size as shown in Figure and also, use ATTEDIT command to edit the information in the title block. Use A1 size for the layout. Take a plot.
Step 1: By PAGESETUP command select the paper size A1 and select plotter DWG to PDF
Step 2: By using MV command create the two view first for the plan and second for the section
Step 3: By using MS command create the view as given in the figure
Step 4: Take the scale as 1:50 and write it on the first view
Step 5: By using MS command create the view as given in the figure
Step 6: Take the scale as 1:50 and write it on the second view created
- Aim: To create a layout of the Kitchen drawn in Challenge 9 as shown in Figure.

Step 4: Take the scale as 1:2 and write it on the first view

Step 6: Take the scale as 1:2 and write it on the second view created
Step 7: Take the scale 1:1 and by using MS command create the view as shown in the figure
Step 8: Take the scale 1:1 and by using MS command create the second view as shown in the figure
- Aim: To create a layout of the section created in Challenges 9.
