AIM:- Creation of Column Schedule and Drawing Template using AutoCad
INTRODUCTION:-
In Autocad we know the different commands and geometrical shape. By using this all properties we can make any type of drawing as per scale. and it is clear and visible. following are the objectives of challenges.
1)create a column schedule by using table command.
2) In second question create a windows schedule with their specification.
3) Create a drawing templetes in third question by using text command in annotation.
4) In fourth question make a table to show the list of drawing.
5) Create a beam detail by using different geometrical command with text style.
Detail procedure:-
1)for Column schedule:-
As per given schedule, a table is made up by line command. then select text and by using single text write text. as per the font and size of text.Dia symbol is made up by %%C
stirrups are madeup by line and links are mae up by line command and by using circle and offset commend, make a bar and by hatch command fillup for solid material.
2)for window schedule:-
By using table command, insert a table as per given specification.In table setting choose no of column and no of row. then change the first, second and third line option as per given specification like data, title and header.next step by using multitext type text of window details.
3) For drawing templates:-
First step for creating a custome templates is to open the Autocad software and select the new drawing option.
After selecting the drawing option, another option saved templates will be opened on your screen.from the verious files given select the acad templates. this is the place where our saved templates are located.
new drawing page will be opened in software. this is the templates in which set your custome setting.
to save the templates in Autocad, you need to click symbols at the top left corner click save as option and save copy in drawing as drawing templates.
give the name to file and save the templates.wgen click on save button, a dialog box will be opened. this allows you to add a description for your templates.
after opening templates we can draw whatever you want in your templates file.
4) Drawing schedule:-
This table is made up in excel. on inser tab, data pannel, click hyperlink
select table press enter. the hyperlink dialogbox display
In hyperlink dialog box, click existing file.
5) beam details:-
click on line option draw line then by using offset command make a thickness of wall. by using breakline provide break line in dia. then hatch command use to show the material of wall with given dimension and beam details are draw in dia.
Result:-
autocad file is upload as a result.
