ANS 1 : Elevation and details of a Wardrobe
Plan
- Create a new sheet.
- Type Unit command and set unit in decimal, precision in 0 and insertion scale in Milimeters.
- Select line colour as 150 and then we go for dimension.
- Type D command dimension dialogue box will open.
- Then go for modify option another dialogue box will open.
- First one is lines select colors as 150, linetype and lineweight will be as per standards.
- Extension line color is also 150. Then we'll go for Symbols and arrows.
- Arrowheads is going to be clos ed filled and remaining setting as per Standards.
- After that we directly go for primary units in which unit format will be decimal , precision take as 0 and decimal seperartor will be period.
- And rest of the settings as per standards.
- Now we start for the drawing.
- Draw a horizontal line which length of 2800mm.
- And from the starting point draw a vertical line 630mm long.
- Then use offset command first offset the horizontal line at 630mm distance and vertical line at 2800mm distance.
- Now we have a rectangle is formed.
- Then shift the left corner line to 30mm rigth side and make a small block at left bottom corner which 30 X 50 mm.
- Select the offset command abd give offset at distance 25mm to all three side accept rigth side line to inside direction.
- Now we have outter thickness is ready after we go for internal thickness of ply.
- Use offset command select RHS line and give offset to the left side at distance 365mm and by contiuing the offset command use the recent offseted line to both side right and left at distance of 25mm.
- Now we have a small cubord and big one also this time draw a vertical line at middle of the big cubord.
- Then give offset of 17.5mm to the left and right side then delete the middle which we drawn.
- After that we have a three cubords 2 big one and 1 small ones.
- Now we'll go to make partitions at cubords swings.
- Trim the line 7mm long to make parititon at middle of cubords, hinges and last small cubord to show the seperation of cubord.
- Now we'll go making swing of cubor.
- Draw a line with 40 degree angle and draw circle from hinge to the partition point.
- Use trim command to trim the circle and the line.
- Same procedure goes for remaining 4 swings.
- Use line command to draw wall close the wall.
- Then use hatch command to represent the wall and type of hatch is ANSl31 in color 8.
