Creating a Floor plan, Footing detail and Isometric view using AutoCad

*Before staring the drawing we have set sheet unit by using unit command and dimension is to be set in mm by using dimension command then we can proceed further.

1.C.S. OF LOAD BEARING WALL OVER SPREAD FOOTING

  1. Staring from the co-ordinate (1,1)
  2. Making a horizontal line of 0.900mm then make offsets of 0.250mm, 0.400mm, 0.400mm, 0.600mm and the last one 1.00mm
  3. After offset of 0.600mm there is a small offset of 0.050mm then 1.00mm.
  4. Then from the centre of 0.900mm line making a vertical line approx 3.00mm then giving offset of 0.450mm one side and another side from the centere of 0.900mm line. Same procedure follows to make 0.500mm ,0.400mm and 0.300mm .
  5. Next trimming all the intersecting lines. Then Drawing line of 1.150mm from left side of 0.400X 400 mm and then giving it an offset of 0.150mm and joining both the lines.
  6. Then making of steps by 0.300mm  horizontal distance and 0.150mm vertically for 3 times.
  7. After that making an offest from 0.300mm to its right side of 1.00mm vertically and join the lower and upper point horizontally.
  8. Once the drawing is complete then giving it annotation by selecting dimlinear commmand.
  9. Then select single line text giving it size of 0.200mm horizontally and vertically also.

2.C.S. OF ISOLATED FOOTING

  1. Staring from the co-ordinate (1,1).
  2. Draw a line of 1.00mm horizontally, and at the both ends of this line draw lines of 0.150mm vertically for the bottom portion of footing.
  3. Then give an offset of from 1st line of 1.00mm at distance of 0.040mm to make the reinforcement and trim at interval 0.380mm for left side and right side and trim from middle also to show the both bars are different from each other.
  4. Then draw the vertical lines to make make reinforcement by adding distance of 0.150+0.250+1.600mm=2.00mm
  5. After that making of stirrups by giving offset of 0.200mm for 10 times between the vertical bars.
  6. And also raft bars have the hook of 0.050mm both sides.
  7. After drawing both verticall lines of 0.150mm then draw the new line from the point where it end at distance 0.250mm vertically then 0.380mm horizontally.
  8. Then Draw the new line from the end point of 0.150mm and join to the horizontal line of 0.380mm sencond end.
  9. Erase the both veticall line of 0.250mm and horizontal line of 0.380mm. after use a mirror command and mirrot it.
  10. Give an 0.040mm of offset from verticall bars both the sides then trim the unecessary lines after that that drawing is complete.
  11. Give each and evevery annotation to objects by using command dimlinear and give name to it by using Text command.

3.LINE DIAGRAM OF A TWO BEDROOM BUILDING

  1. Staring from the co-ordinate (1,1).
  2. Draw a horizontal line of distance 3.600mm and draw verical line from the starting at distance 3.600mm and again horizontal line of 3.600mm then close the line commands.
  3. These lines represents the wall after that select the line command draw the horizontal line where the last line of wall end at distance of 1.00mm close the line command and use offset command to give it an offset at interval of 0.300mm for three times then erase the 1.00mm line which we draw the first. These lines represents steps.
  4. Then join the all offset horizontal lines by vetically which has length of 1.00mm. And draw the new line where the 1.00mm line end and erased it at distance 4.200mm horizontally contnuining line vertically downward direction at distance 3.600mm and again contnuing the line horizontally backward directionb at distance of 4.20mm close the line command.
  5. Same procedure we are going to follow the make steps as we done in last time.
  6. After that from the front steps draw a vertical line at distance 0.900mm close the command.
  7. Same procedure follow to from back stairs but this time distance is 1.800 mm. These both lines represents middle wall of the plan.
  8. Select text command annotating the name to the rooms and by using dimlinear command annotating distances.

4.ISOMETRIC VIEW OF STEPS

  1. Before starting drawing first we have select isometric drafting.
  2. Staring from the co-ordinate (1,1).
  3. Draw a line of 0.300mm horintally and draw another line vertcally at distance of 1.00mm from point where we start the drawing.
  4. Then rotate the verctical line at angle of 60°. After that make vertical line at a length of 0.150mm both points starting and another next which we draw recently.
  5. Then make horizontal line of 0.300mm from top of 0.150mm both sides and attached them by drawing 1.00mm line.
  6. Once the first step is done copy as it is four times.
  7. After copying is done draw a vertical line 0.150mm where last steps end then attach this last line and the first which we draw at the begining.
  8. In isometric drawings annotation is given by dimaligned then name of drawing.

5.ISOMETRIC VIEW OF GABLE WALL

  1. Before starting drawing first we have select isometric drafting.
  2. Staring from the co-ordinate (1,1).
  3. First draw a line horizontally which is 3.00mm long then trim it by 1.00mm interval from both side means middle line is erased which generates 4 points .
  4. From the first point draw a vertical line which is 0.300mm long and rotate it at an angle of 60° then copy this line at 3rd point which helps to represent isometric view of wall.
  5. Now we have 2 more new points 5th and 6th from the 5th point draw a vertical line which is 3.00mm long and copy as it is to the 1st point and attached them from above by using line command.
  6. Then from the 2nd & 3rd point draw a vertical line which 2.42mm long after that attached them from above by conitnuing the line command after that the 6th point which we draw recently draw a vertical line to until it attached the above new door line.
  7. Now from the 4th point draw a vertical line which is 3.00mm long.
  8. The height of wall is 3.250mm from the 4th point mark it at a centre of the wall when we get that point the 1st and 5th point whuch we attached from above attached them with thickness of 0.300m.
  9. Then it side view and thickness of wall.
  10. Now from the 4th point where we draw a vertical line of height of 3.00mm. On top that point draw a vertical line 0.300mm lone and rotate it at angle of 60° or copy it which saves time.
  11. After drawing that line attach them to the top of wall point which represents thickness of wall.
  12. Annotation is given by using dimaligned command and name is given by using text command.
