AIM: To creat a 3D Isomatric view of various structural elements in AutoCAD

PROCEDURE:
Open AutoCAD
In Startup settings start from scratch select imperical
Open grid and snap settings
- Change snap and grid spacing to 1'
- Change major line every grid line to 10
- Turnoff adaptive grid
Type un in command box and press enter
Change units type to decimal and precision to 1'1/16" and insertion scale to inches
Change the workspace setting of AutoCAD from drafting and annotation to 3D Modeling
Step 1: Creating Layers
Open Layer properties and create new layers by clicking on new layer or right click on any layer and select new layer to create new layer.

Step 2. Creating Layers
Change the current layer to 3D_Wall
- Create a rectangle of dimentions 10'9"*10'9" at any point on the screen
- Offset the rectangle to inside to distance of 9" as wall thickness
- Delete the left and bottom lines and extend them to the edges as shown in figure

Change the current layer to 3D_Window_Frame
- Draw the window with dimentions 3'2" at top and 3' on right side as shown in figure

Step 3: Creating 3D view
Change the view to 3D by clicking on home button of view cube.
Set UCS as world
- Create the boundaries for the walls using BO command
- Extrude the boundaries created to total height of 10'10"
- Select all the wall and use group command to group then together

- Draw rectangle at both windows and change them to boundaries using boundary command
- Extrude both rectangle drawn to height of 3'4" as shown in the figure
- Draw rectangle at top of both window openings and change them to boundaries using boundary command

Type UCS and click pn face and select the face having 3' wide window
- Draw a rectangle from bottom part of window with dimension @3',4'
Type UCS and click on face and select the face having 3'2" window
- Draw a rectangle from bottom part of window with dimentions @3'2",4'
Change the UCS back to world
- Extrude the rectangle drawn at top side to top edge of window
- Group all the wall components together

Step 4:
Creating Elevation Windows
Change the current layer to 3D_Window_Frame
Type UCS and click on face and select the face having 3'wide window
- Draw a rectangle of dimention @3',4'
- Offset the rectangle to inside to distance of 3"
- Offset the offset rectangle to inside to distance of 4"
Start the boundary caommand and click on pick points
- Click inside the window frame area and press enter
Start SUBTRACT command
- Select the bigger region and them select the smaller regions to subtract them

Start subtract command

Start the boundary command and click on pick points

All the layers are extruded to give window projection look as shown in figure
Window of Elevation B
Change the layer for all the boxes respectively
Start the boundary caommand and click on pick point
Click inside the window frame area and press enter
Start SUBTRACT command

Change the current layer to 3D_Window_Mulion

Click inside the window glass area and press enter

All the layers are extruded to give window projection look as shown in figure.
Results:
1. View 1(SW Isometric)
2. View 2 (NE Isometrc)

3. View 3 (Top view)

AIM:
To create 3D View of the Building Façade as given in the plan and elevation. Also, see the detail of the window.
Introduction:
An isometrict drawing is a 3D represetaion of an object, room, building on a 2D surfece.
Commands Used:
- Line
- Rectangle
- Trim
- Move
- Copy
- Explode
- Cricle
- Dimlinear
- Dimcontinue
- Boundary
- 3Dorbit
- 3Drotate
- Extrude
- Region
- UCS
- Camara
- Block
- Render RR
- Sweep
- Create Light
Procedure:
Step1:
First we have open AutoCAD and set maximum limits and minimum limits in the screen.
Here first we have to draw the rectangle using the rectangle command, as shown in figureNext we have to draw the window

Step 2:
Next we use the region command and select the objects, then press enter.
Then after total objects will become the one region
The we extrude the plan using extrude command

Step 3:
Next we have use union command and press enter
Then after the select total drawing and press enter
Step 4:
Next we select the custom visual style as shadded with edges

Step 5:
Next provide the layers for the buildings facade of skyblue colour, as shown in figure

Step 6:
Next we close the top surface of the building facade using the extrude command as shown in figure

Step 7:
Next we draw the window

Step 8:
Next we use 3dorbit command to view the front eleevation as shown in figure

Step 9:
Isometric veiw of 3dorbit

3.
AIM:
To Create the ismoteric 3d view of a stair with railing as shown in the plan and elevation. Assume the size of the balustrades and the hand rails.

Introducion:
An isometric drawing is a 3D representation of an object, roo, stairs or design on a 2D frame.
One of the defining characteristics of an isometric drawing compared to their types of 3D representaion, is total the final image is not detailed.
This is due to the face that the foreshotering of the axes is equal
Isometric drawings begin with one vertical line along which two points are defined
Commands Used:
- Line
- Rectangle
- Trim
- Move
- Copy
- Explode
- Cricle
- Dimlinear
- Dimcontinue
- Boundary
- 3Dorbit
- 3Drotate
- Extrude
- Region
- UCS
- Camara
- Block
- Render RR
- Sweep
- Create Light
Procedure:
Step: 1
First we open AutoCAD and set maximum limits and minimum limits
Next we set the units as architectural and take precison as 0.0
Next we draw the stairs using the line command.

Step: 2
Next we use the 3Drotate to rotate the figure from the step 1
Next we use extrude command to extrude the object the stairs 3D view

Step: 3
Next we draw the railing using the circle command and sweep command

Step: 4
Now put the stairs in 3d isometric view using the 3dorbit command as shown in figure

Result:
The give 3d ismetric view of the stair is drawn successfully in the autocad in detailed manner

4.
AIM:
Create the 3D view of a Wall with spread footing . Create the Door opening only. Assume the size of the parpaet and the coping. See the plans and elevation for the details. Also, create a rendered view of the model with materials.

Step: 3
Next provide the layers for the wall spread footing with different colours for different parts, as shown in the below figure.

Step: 4
Next we provide the differnt materials for the wall with spread footing as shown in the below figure

Step: 5
We select the camera and put it the required position and press enter
Next click on the camera then the small tab will appears at the top of the left corner as shown in figure

Step: 6
Finally we select the render option and they slowly it changes to the rendering view as shown in figure
