Technical Surfacing Kia Sportage:
Objective:
Creating the technical surface of kia sportage.
Introduction:
To create the technical surface of kia sportage by using the curves,surfacing commands.

Tools:
Curve vertex(cv):
*It is a tool which is used to make any desired shapes.
*It has cv points by selecting it can be moved in any direction.
Blend tool:
*It used to make a blend in beetween the curves to connect
*it can be tightened or loosen in edit option of blend tool
Align tool:
*This tool helps to connect the curves to the various set of curves or sufaces
*It can be modified by moving in the same axis.
Extend tool:
*It is used to extend the curve.
Project tool:
*The set of curves or any shapes can be projected into any surface.
*first select the surface have to be project.
*And select the curves or any shapes wants to project and click go.
Trim tool:
*This tool can be used while if any shapes is projected.
*After projecting click the selected area,three options will be shown divide, delete, keep.
*By selecting divide the selected surface can be divided(move apart from surface)
*The delete option is to delete the only selected area.
*Keep option is to keep the selected area but deletes the reamaining surface.
Skin tool:
*It can create surface across the curves.
*After creating surface a bump or inward bump can be create by selecting the crown option,ON is to create bump OFF is inward bump.
*The starting and ending points can be controlled in flow control option.
Rail tool:
*Creates surface with one or more path curves.
*Generation curves and Rail curves can be assigned.
Square tool:
*It creates surface only when the four set of curves is connected.
*The four continuity can be modified that is G0,G1,G2,G3 can be assigned as per the flow.
Multi draft control tool:
*This tool helps to build a surface by selecting the axis and the length can be assigned.
*The continuity also can be assigned G0,G1,G2,G3.
Conclusion:
The technical surfacing of kia sportage is made by the folowing procedure.
