Benchmarking

2. Benchmarking :

The process where we compare few products to get the better result is called as benchmarking. If we are creating a new product we don't just develop on the spot .First we need to compare few products already present and we develop ours according to the results of comparison and this comparison is called benchmarking.

eg . If we need to buy a two wheeler we first check our needs and then we check for the bikes that are similar to our need , after that we compare those bikes(i.e. we create a benchmark) Then based on the result from our comparison(benchmarking) we select the one which satisfies our need and we buy that.

4.Conclusion :

By Comparison of these four vehicles Ford Eco Sport is a good selection ,but due to the market is closed in India now .It is better to choose Kia Sonet or Nissan Magnite . If Mr.Pughal Need a car with a high end Model It is better to choose Tata Punch Because it is an MUV car with good look and features also new to market.So from the Benchmarking It is better to buy Tata Punch.
