Conclusion
We suggested to D.S. Pughazhyendhii Tata Tiago, that he will buy for his family.
Why we suggested this car.
- ABS has been made compulsory under the BNVSAP norms in India. Most of the carmakers offer ABS with EBD as standard in their cars. Tata has gone a step ahead of everyone by introducing Cornering Stability Control (CSC) right from the base variant in Tiago. This makes Tiago’s drive much better than rivals.
- It has got driver side airbag, ABS with EBD and rear parking sensors right from the base variant. These safety features already make it BNVSAP compliant. But with the addition of another airbag at the front for the passenger and Cornering Stability Control right from the base variant make this car the safest in the segment. It has scored a 4-star rating at the Global NCAP crash test rating, highest in the segment.

- It’s not just the safety that the Tiago comes loaded with. It does have all the technology you can expect to look out for. Be it the infotainment system or the digital instrument cluster, you get it all. You will get Apple CarPlay and Android Auto Support so that you remain connected!
- Tata Tiago is known to be one of the most powerful cars in the segment, all thanks to 1.2-litre Revotron petrol engine that can churn out segment-best 84.8hp of power and a peak torque of 113Nm. The engine is paired to a very efficient 5-speed manual transmission. And the company also offers an advanced AMT for a clutch-free driving experience.
- Not only the engine is powerful enough, but it also offers great fuel efficiency of over 20kmpl. Its rival, Maruti Suzuki WagonR has a fuel efficiency of 20.52kmpl for the same class of the engine. Thus, it is pretty safe to say that the Tiago will offer good value to money when it comes to spending on fuel.
this is the best value for money and safety car this budget
Thank you
