It is a comparison between vehicles which is in similar features and specifications. Within the price segment. It is an important process before developing a new vehicle. This helps in understanding the competition in the market and the trend in the industry.
Case:
Mr. D.S. Pughazhyendhii is a married man who lives in Bangalore which is a highly crowded city. His Family comprises five members including his wife, a five-year-old boy, his father, and his mother. He visits his native place Madurai which is 500kms away from Bangalore once a month. Also, he will be using his car to commute to his office. His budget falls between 8 to 10 lakhs on road. Please suggest to him options so that he will buy a good car for his family.
Note: Pughazhyendhii is fond of big cars
Report:
In the above case Mr. Pughazhyendhii’s family comprises of 5 members including his parents, wife and a kid, so he is in a need of a good spacious car with minimum 5 seats. He uses his vehicle daily to his office and a long drive to his native once in a month. Roughly he dives between 1500 to 2000 km in a month, so he needs a good mileage. His budget is also decent which is in between 8 to 10 lakhs. According to his needs I can suggest him a compact SUV. Which is spacious and comfortable.

In the above comparison Suzuki Brezza is the clear winner in this price segment.
All the four cars has almost the same length. Brezza has some extra cms to its height. Where as Mahindra XUV 300 has good width.
Brezza has good engine capacity (1.5L) and mileage.
When it comes to safety it even has 4 star rating given by global NCAP.
Boot space seems little low but not as low as XUV 300.
When it comes to price it varies between 8 to 10 lakhs and beyond depending on the features.
Suzuki Brezza is my recommendation to Mr. Pughazhyendhii.
