Benchmarking i the continious proce of measuring one' own product, services and activities aganist the best of performance. These bet levels of performanance may be found either inside one's own organisation (or) in other compelting organisations (or) in organisation having processes.

It is used to define the compitators and comparing the price , Specifiations and features on the segment , where as.
BENCHMARKING 2:
It is used to define the component wise comparision from my vechicle and my parent and my compitator's vechicle of every individual components.

REQUIERMENT :
Mr. D.S. Pughazhyendhii is a married man who lives in Bangalore which is a highly crowded city. His Family comprises five members including his wife, a five-year-old boy, his father, and his mother. He visits his native place Madurai which is 500kms away from Bangalore once a month. Also, he will be using his car to commute to his office. His budget falls between 8 to 10 lakhs on road. Please suggest to him options so that he will buy a good car for his family.
CONCLUSION :
In this benchmark is conducted for Mr.D.S.Pughazhadhii and his family. In my suggestion TATA NEXON is best option for Mr.D.S.Pughazhadhii. But littlebit of cons is there , When compare to others.In this car all features and aspects are more attractive and impressive.
